Cleverly Cut, LLC will not sell or publish any of your contact info. All transaction information is encrypted to keep information secure.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges can be requested if you are not satisfied with the work or craftsmanship of non-custom products. Use the contact form to reach out so we can make sure you are satisfied.

No returns will be accepted for custom engraved items. Customer will be responsible for approving design before item is etched or engraved. It will be customers responsibility to provide shipping insurance for items shipped to Cleverly Cut, LLC.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested but customer will be responsible for any initial inventory purchases. Once etching or engraving has been started, customer will be responsible to purchase items that have been modified. For items totaling $250 or more, customer will be required to pay for inventory up front and then pay the remainder after etching or engraving has been performed.

Shipping

Shipping rates will be determined and communicated before items are shipped. Customer can elect to add insurance and specify preferred carrier. Rates will be based on customers selection.
